Before you go

The questions everyone asks.

Read this before you book and you'll have the answers to most of what comes up. The rest, just message — Ty answers his own messages.

01

Where do we meet?

Same spot, ninety-nine percent of trips. Detailed map and directions sent to your phone the day you book — no guessing, no GPS hunting at sunrise.

02

Where do I park?

Federal property at the meeting point. You do not need a Nebraska state park permit. Park where the map points you and walk down to the dock.

03

What do I bring?

Valid fishing license, weather-appropriate clothes, food and drinks for yourself, a cooler if you want to take fish home. We supply everything else.

04

What about paddlefish permits?

Those are on you. Nebraska Game & Parks runs an application lottery. We'll post reminders when the window opens — bring your permit and we'll do the rest.

05

What if the weather's bad?

If we cancel for weather, we'll move you to another open day that works. If nothing this season fits, you keep your spot for next year.

06

How do I pay?

Cash, Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp at the takeout. No deposits required, though we may add online deposits later if it makes things easier.

Some days are about the trophy. Most days are about the people in the boat.
